This Privacy Policy explains how Peak Sales Sync ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use the H&S Sales website and mobile app (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, work email, phone number, company and role.
- CRM data you enter: leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities and notes.
- Meeting recordings: audio you choose to record, and the transcripts, summaries, action items and email drafts generated from it.
- Usage data: device type, app version, pages and features used, and crash logs.
2. How we use information
- To provide the Service, including AI transcription, summaries and follow-up suggestions.
- To keep the Service secure, fix problems and improve features.
- To contact you about your account, updates and support requests.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your CRM data or recordings to advertise to you.
3. Meeting recordings and consent
You are responsible for informing meeting participants and obtaining any consent required by law before recording. You can delete recordings and transcripts from the app at any time.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as cloud hosting and AI processing providers) under contracts that require them to protect it, or when required by law.
5. Storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and delete it within 90 days of account closure unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. To make a request, email our Support Assistant at support@hs-sales.com.
